Crew Joining Instructions

Four weeks prior to your trip you will receive an email that looks similar to this.

The email and attached documents provide you with the information you require to join the trip, please read the email and documents carefully and follow the instructions. The information included in the email (the attached crewing sheets) will include the names and contact details of the skipper and crew. It is important that you contact your skipper to confirm arrival times, dietary requirements, etc. Late cancellations jeopardize the cruise.

Note: The BBC Club insurance policy does not cover personal loss or injury. If you require cover then you must arrange for your own insurance.
